Welcome to Aria Bio Spa. By accessing or using our website, booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or visiting our location, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If anything here doesn’t sit right, the better move is to contact us before booking.
1. General Use
Our website and services are intended for personal, noncommercial use. We may update, modify, or remove parts of this site or policy at any time. Continued use means agreement with any updates.
2. Booking and Appointments
• All appointments must be booked through our website, phone line, or in person.
• A valid payment method may be required to secure bookings.
• Late arrivals may result in shortened service time out of respect for the next guest.
• If a client arrives later than the 15 minute grace period, the appointment may be marked as a no show.
3. Cancellation and No Show Policy
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee up to 50 percent of the scheduled service price.
• No shows may be charged up to 100 percent of the service price.
• Clients who repeatedly miss appointments may be restricted from future bookings.
4. Health and Safety
• Guests must inform their therapist or technician of pregnancy, allergies, injuries, or medical conditions prior to receiving services.
• Certain treatments may not be suitable for individuals with specific health concerns and may be refused for safety reasons.
• Aria Bio Spa maintains strict hygiene standards, but clients share responsibility for following aftercare and safety guidance.
5. Payments and Pricing
• We accept all major credit cards as well as digital wallet payments.
• Prices for services, packages, and retail products may change without notice.
• All sales for gift cards and promotional packages are final and non refundable.
6. Gift Cards and Packages
• Gift cards never expire unless otherwise stated by law.
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
• Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
7. Minimum Age Requirement
• Most services are for guests eighteen years and older.
• Guests seventeen and under must have a parent or guardian present or provide written consent. Some treatments may not be permitted for minors.
8. Personal Items
• Aria Bio Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
• We recommend storing valuables securely or leaving them at home.
9. Conduct and Right to Refuse Service
• We maintain a respectful and professional environment at all times.
• Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or violation of staff boundaries may result in immediate termination of service and future bans.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for safety or conduct reasons.
10. Website Content and Intellectual Property
• All content including images, text, branding, and design belongs to Aria Bio Spa and may not be copied or used without written permission.
11. Privacy Policy
